Jeannette Bernardo, Business Development Officer

As Business Development Officer, Jeannette Bernardo is responsible for federal government sales, marketing, and proposal development efforts and serves as corporate focal point for resource requirements of all B&A projects. Her extensive career encompasses all aspects of federal government contracting, from identifying and capturing federal government opportunities to managing and executing projects.

Jeannette began her career as project manager of multi-year, health and education-related contracts with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, and Transportation. She then transitioned and joined Telos Corporation as proposal manager and business developer, working on GSA and Department of Defense opportunities. At Indus Corporation, Jeannette established the company's entry into the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, Federal Railroad Administration, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as recaptured existing work at the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Justice HQ. She joined B&A in 2000 as Director of Business Development, formulating and executing initiatives and operating strategies to expand on existing businesses and establish new clients.

Jeannette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of the Philippines, a Master in Professional Studies from Cornell University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester.
