The Customs Modernization Project (eCP) allows the Bureau of Customs Border and Protection (BCBP) to modernize its business processes and IT systems to provide additional functionality needed to support its overall mission. B&A is able to leverage over two decades of experience with the commercial (Automated Commercial System, ACS) and enforcement (TECS/SEACATS) systems to provide much-needed domain knowledge to the various eCP teams. B&A also provides top-notch expertise as a Tier 1 subcontractor to IBM, Lockheed Martin, and CSC in many of the technical and functional areas such as SAP R/3, WebSphere, Oracle, Informatica, and Java.

Since the initial launch of the modernization effort in 2001, B&A's role has steadily increased on the eCP and currently it supports areas including:
