Change Readiness Assessment
- Evaluate organizational structure, inter- and intra-organizational communications, measurements, readiness for change, executive sponsorship and training planning to identify the major inhibitors to change
Change Management Plan
- Assist in creating a detailed project plan for developing and deploying action plans (assignments, target dates and accountability) that address and resolve the identified change inhibitors
Organizational Design
- Evaluate current organization structures against proposed changes
Transformation Training
