Jonathan Evans is the President of Bart & Associates (B&A). He is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the organization, delivering against the strategic plan, improving revenue and market share, and overall growth of the company. Jonathan brings Executive leadership with 12+ years of relevant Federal Government contracting experience in project management, business development, and executive management with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning Implementations and Systems Integration with products such as SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle. He previously served as the Vice President of Service Delivery and Director of ERP Delivery where he was responsible for Service Delivery for all B&A projects and instrumental in Business Development. He was also responsible for managing B&A’s corporate technology partnerships and alliances. He continues to support these functions as President.
Jonathan’s career experience consists of project management and business development with ERP and IT custom development full lifecycle implementations. He has project management, consulting, and business development experience with large and small-scale clients in a variety of major industries, primarily involving federal government, professional services, non-profits, global supply chain logistics, and transportation planning. Prior to joining B&A, Jonathan was with IBM Global Business Services where he served as a Project Manager at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Interior (DOI) managing over $50 million dollars in revenue. He also managed business development and operations for a small business specializing in ERP solutions where he grew the company from one resource to a multi-million dollar organization. His Federal sector experiences includes working with bureaus and agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Commerce, Army, Navy, as well as non-profits and professional services organizations.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics and International Business from the Pennsylvania State University.
