Jonathan Evans

Jonathan Evans is the President and CEO of B&A. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the organization, delivering against the strategic plan, improving revenue and market share, and overall growth of the company. Jonathan brings executive leadership with 14+ years of relevant Federal Government contracting experience in project management, business development, and executive management with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementations and Systems Integration with products such as Operations & Enablement, Human Capital Management, and Integration & Analytics. He previously served as the Vice President of Service Delivery and Director of ERP Delivery where he was responsible for Service Delivery for all B&A projects and instrumental in Business Development. He was also responsible for managing B&A’s corporate technology partnerships and alliances. He continues to support these functions as President.

Prior to joining B&A, Jonathan was with IBM Global Business Services where he managed over $50 million dollars in revenue. He also managed business development and operations for a small business specializing in ERP solutions where he grew the company from one resource to a multi-million-dollar organization.

Jonathan currently serves on the board of directors for the Hope for Henry Foundation. Prior to this role, he served on the Washington Business Hall of Fame Committee Board of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington for 3 years. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics and International Business from Pennsylvania State University.

Michael Polmar

Michael Polmar is the Chief Growth Officer. He is a dynamic, entrepreneurial senior executive with more than 30 years of demonstrated achievement and success in the Federal Market. At B&A, he leads organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining B&A, Michael lent his leadership to a wide variety of Federal integrators Vencore, ManTech, AT&T, and the Poarch Band of Creek Indians (PCI), an 8a tribal nation. Michael also founded Growth Partners Solutions (GPS), where he advised various Aerospace and Defense firms in the areas of Strategy Development, Sales Acceleration, Operational Transformation, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Strategically focused and team oriented, Michael is known for establishing key relationships across Defense, Law Enforcement and Intelligence communities, developing growth strategies across a variety of industries, building pipelines in unexplored areas of business, and transforming both the top and bottom lines through strategic restructuring and mergers & acquisitions. His technical background includes expertise in enterprise IT, communications, and weapons and platform systems.

Michael attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and will forever be a Hokie at heart. He has been an Associates Board Member at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts since 2018.

Shana Hammond-Adler

Shana Hammond-Adler is the Vice President of Capture and Proposal. She is responsible for leading B&A’s capture management and proposal development efforts with an emphasis on contributing to the organization’s business development and growth objectives. She also oversees all marketing initiatives ensuring alignment to B&A’s strategic plan. Shana brings over 20 years of experience in Federal government contracting and possesses a wide range of skills to execute high-level initiatives, in both large and small business environments.

Over the last decade, Shana has focused on supporting the full business development lifecycle for Federal and commercial accounts. She combines exceptional analytical and market research skills to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities. Through her implementation of business processes, she has helped transform and improve organizational performance and operational effectiveness. As a trained appraiser, she was an integral piece to B&A achieving its appraisal at CMMI Level 3.

Shana is a registered advocate for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) by being an active voice to help make changes to Federal legislation and policies that can save lives. As a member of the AFSP National Capital Area chapter, Shana serves on the Volunteer Committee for the ‘Out of the Darkness’ Walks to raise awareness about suicide prevention.

VICE PRESIDENT, CAPTURE AND PROPOSAL

Mohith Narayanan

Mohith Narayanan is the Vice President of Innovation. He is responsible for B&A’s solution development strategy, IT operations, and leads the organization’s emerging technologies and innovation activities. Mohith maintains B&A’s corporate technology partnerships and plays an integral role in B&A’s business development efforts. Mohith has a proven record of applying technical innovation and program management to deliver exceptional business results across both public and private sectors. His team works on finding creative and unique technology solutions that fulfill the customers’ mission and solve the most intriguing roadblocks.

Prior to joining B&A, Mohith worked as a Senior Director for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) managing key initiatives and programs including Cloud Migrations, Agile Transformations, Cyber, and Analytics.

Mohith is an American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Fellow and is actively involved in many Communities of Interests across various sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Bowie State University. He earned a master’s degree in Management of Secure Information Systems from George Mason University. He is an active supporter of B&A’s philanthropy activities and participates in various community efforts.

Kelly Baltz (Sinclair)

Kelly Baltz is the Vice President of Talent and Operations. Kelly oversees the Human Resources, Talent, Training, Accounting, and Process and Compliance functions. She is responsible for the implementation of large-scale projects such as ISO certifications, CMMI appraisals, and the B&A CARES program. Kelly is focused on aligning the company’s talent strategy with B&A’s corporate vision, values, and culture. She also manages relationships with subcontractors and vendors in support of B&A’s strategic growth initiatives. Kelly started with B&A in 2014 as the Director of Consulting Services.

Prior to joining B&A, Kelly worked for IBM Global Services where she held a series of roles leading up to Public Sector Managing Consultant. She supported the General Services Administration (GSA) where she served as Program Manager of a team that maintained a Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) moderate compliant system in the cloud that provided services for end-users across many government agencies and vendors. She served as an Account Manager for GSA and as the Distribution Management Transformation Team Lead and Lean Six Sigma Center of Excellence Team Lead for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Kelly leads B&A corporate morale initiatives with a focus on our employees, giving back to the community and supporting B&A’s various philanthropies.
