Jonathan Evans

Jonathan Evans is the President and CEO of B&A. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the organization, delivering against the strategic plan, improving revenue and market share, and overall growth of the company. Jonathan
brings executive leadership with 14+ years of relevant Federal Government contracting experience in project management, business development, and executive management with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementations and
Systems Integration with products such as Operations & Enablement, Human Capital Management, and Integration & Analytics. He previously served as the Vice President of Service Delivery and Director of ERP Delivery where he was responsible
for Service Delivery for all B&A projects and instrumental in Business Development. He was also responsible for managing B&A’s corporate technology partnerships and alliances. He continues to support these functions as President.

Prior to joining B&A, Jonathan was with IBM Global Business Services where he managed over $50 million dollars in revenue. He also managed business development and operations for a small business specializing in ERP solutions where he grew
the company from one resource to a multi-million-dollar organization.

Jonathan currently serves on the board of directors for the Hope for Henry Foundation. Prior to this role, he served on the Washington Business Hall of Fame Committee Board of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington for 3 years. Jonathan
holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics and International Business from Pennsylvania State University.

Shana Hammond-Adler

Shana Hammond-Adler is the Vice President of Capture and Proposal for B&A. She is responsible for overseeing and leading B&A’s capture management and proposal development efforts with an emphasis on supporting the organization’s overall growth.
She also leads the company’s market research to align with the competitive Federal landscape. She directs all marketing initiatives for the organization to strategically promote B&A and meet its business goals. Shana brings over 17 years
of experience in Federal government contracting, and possesses a wide range of skills to support high-level initiatives, in both large and small business environments. Her background includes working through the transition from small business
to large, implementing strategies to improve capture management and help organizations achieve continued growth. She is adept at helping organizations realize corporate objectives through implementation of processes; supports strategic
vision of executive leadership and development, planning, and implementation of strategic plans. She possesses the ability to translate strategic vision and direction into actionable steps, turning strategy into structured operations,
comprising key organizational and change management efforts. Experienced with assessment and reformulation of corporate capabilities and value proposition to align with strategic plan and shape bid pipeline to meet growth objectives.

She began her career in talent acquisition which progressed into proposal management and ultimately managing the entire capture and proposal lifecycle. Over the last decade at both small and large businesses, she has focused on supporting
the full business development lifecycle for Federal and commercial accounts. Shana also brings corporate operations knowledge with expertise in performing business analysis to include human capital management and implementation of business
process improvement to ensure operational effectiveness with a commitment to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Quality Management System and the SEI CMMI Maturity Process Areas.

Shana actively supports B&A’s philanthropic interests with Hope for Henry, the American Cancer Society, and the Red Nose Day fundraising campaign dedicated to ending child poverty, both in the US and in some of the poorest communities in the

Mohith Narayanan

Mohith Narayanan is the Vice President of Innovation for B&A. Mohith leads B&A’s solution development strategy, customer engagement, IT operations, and manage the organizations’ research and development activities. Mohith plays a strategic
role in B&A business development and proposal efforts as well. Mr. Narayanan has over 16 years of experience in technology and a proven record of applying program management, strategic innovation, and business development to deliver exceptional
business results across both public and private sectors. His technical and business leadership skills include strategic planning, technical innovation, business creation and growth, and building trusted customer relationships.

Prior to joining B&A, Mohith worked as a Senior Director for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) managing many programs including GDIT Cloud FedRAMP Accreditation, Data Migrations, and Agile Transformations. Mohith was also responsible
for leading the Solution Engineering Group for the federal health and civil division helping government clients develop innovative solutions within Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Enterprise IT. His focus
included leading solution architecture on pipeline activities greater than $100M, shaping procurement opportunities, and collaborating with customers to execute successfully and improve business results. Mohith holds bachelor’s degrees
in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park, and in Mathematics from Bowie State University and a master’s degree in Management of Secure Information Systems from George Mason University.

Kelly Sinclair

Kelly Sinclair is the Vice President of Talent and Operations for B&A. Kelly is accountable for managing the Human Resources, Contracts, Recruiting, Training, and Process and Compliance Departments. She is responsible for the implementation
of large scale projects including ISO certifications, CMMI appraisals, and SAP ERP and CRM. Kelly is focused on aligning the company’s talent acquisition strategy with B&A’s corporate vision, values, and culture. She also manages corporate
partnerships and relationships with subcontractors and vendors in support of B&A’s strategic growth initiatives.

Kelly has been a part of the B&A team since 2014 and was formerly Director of Consulting Services.

Prior to joining B&A, Kelly worked for IBM Global Services where she held progressive roles leading up to Public Sector Managing Consultant. She supported the General Services Administration (GSA) where she served as Program Manager of a team
that maintained a Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) moderate compliant system in the cloud that provided services for end-users across many government agencies and vendors. She served as an Account Manager for GSA supporting
the implementation of a Transportation Management System. Kelly also served as the Distribution Management Transformation Team Lead and Lean Six Sigma Center of Excellence Team Lead on a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Logistics
Management Transformation project.

Kelly leads B&A corporate morale initiatives with a focus on giving back to the community and supporting B&A’s various philanthropies such as the Hope for Henry Foundation.
