Kelly Sinclair is the Vice President of Talent and Operations for B&A. Kelly is accountable for managing the Human Resources, Contracts, Recruiting, Training, and Process and Compliance Departments. She is responsible for the implementation of large scale projects including ISO certifications, CMMI appraisals, and SAP ERP and CRM. Kelly is focused on aligning the company’s talent acquisition strategy with B&A’s corporate vision, values, and culture. She also manages corporate partnerships and relationships with subcontractors and vendors in support of B&A’s strategic growth initiatives.
Kelly has been a part of the B&A team since 2014 and was formerly Director of Consulting Services.
Prior to joining B&A, Kelly worked for IBM Global Services where she held progressive roles leading up to Public Sector Managing Consultant. She supported the General Services Administration (GSA) where she served as Program Manager of a team that maintained a Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) moderate compliant system in the cloud that provided services for end-users across many government agencies and vendors. She served as an Account Manager for GSA supporting the implementation of a Transportation Management System. Kelly also served as the Distribution Management Transformation Team Lead and Lean Six Sigma Center of Excellence Team Lead on a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Logistics Management Transformation project.
Kelly leads B&A corporate morale initiatives with a focus on giving back to the community and supporting B&A’s various philanthropies such as the Hope for Henry Foundation.
