B&A Welcomes New Chief Growth Officer

April 26, 2022 – The B&A Executive team and staff welcomed their new Chief Growth Officer, Michael Polmar, to the organization this month. In this role, Michael will lead B&A’s strategic growth initiatives. As a dynamic, entrepreneurial senior executive, Michael brings more than 30 years of demonstrated achievement and success.

Prior to joining B&A, Michael held executive roles leading P&L and growth organizations for Vencore (now Peraton), ManTech, and AT&T Federal as well as smaller, private equity-backed firms. He has expertise in leveraging technology to drive improved mission outcomes with a background in Information Technology, terrestrial and satellite communications, and ISR/remote sensing. Michael holds a bachelors degree in chemistry from Virginia Tech and is an Associates Board Member at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.
