B&A Appoints Jonathan Evans as Chief Executive Officer

McLean, VA – June 6, 2018 – Bart & Associates, Inc. (B&A) announced that Kion Yap, Chief Executive Officer, Paul Mangus, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, and Jesus Medrano, Executive Vice President, will be stepping down from their current roles and will continue to serve in an advisory capacity as active board members. “It has been an extraordinary 30-year journey and I’m grateful for the success B&A has had. B&A’s future is bright and I look forward to our continued success,” said Paul Mangus. The B&A Board of Directors has elected Jonathan Evans to succeed Kion Yap as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer, effective June 1, 2018. Mr. Evans currently serves as President of B&A, a position he has held since the retirement of Vince Bartozzi, B&A Co-Founder, in 2015.

Kion Yap expressed confidence in Jonathan Evans assuming this new leadership role of B&A, in addition to his role as President. “Jonathan has already proven himself capable of providing B&A with the vision and strategy to carry this company forward. Jonathan brings 14+ years of experience in the Federal Government contracting space. He has experience in executive management, strategic growth, and service delivery with a focus on Enterprise Application Development and Systems Integration.
