B&A Named a 2023 Best Place to Work in Virginia Award Recipient

November 7, 2022 – B&A was recently named as one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Virginia. The annual list of the Best Places to Work in Virginia was created by Virginia Business Magazine and Best Companies Group.

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. The 2023 Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of 100 companies.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Virginia. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Virginia and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking. B&A was selected due to our consistent dedication to our employees and community in Northern Virginia. Through programs such as the B&A Cares Program and #VolunteeringWithB&A – B&A has secured our place as one of NVFS’s Best Places to Work in VA for the third time.

The final rankings will be announced during an in-person awards luncheon to be held on Feb. 3, 2023, at the Boar’s head Resort in Charlottesville, Virginia.
