Bart & Associates Wins Prime Contract with the Department of Navy

MCLEAN, VA – November 30, 2016 — Bart & Associates, Inc. (B&A) has been awarded the IT Professional Services (SAP, Kronos, & Web Development) contract providing application development/configuration and administration professional services for various Enterprise Resource Planning and Analytics initiatives for the Commander, Navy Installations Command, Fleet & Family Readiness (CNIC F&FR) Department. B&A’s teaming partners on this contract include: Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group; ERP Federal, LLC; Excelsior Consulting Group, LLC; Genesis Consulting; and Information Technology Partners, Inc.

The CNIC F&FR Department located in Millington, Tennessee, is the U.S. Navy’s non-appropriated fund program manager for a variety of recreational, social, and community support programs for Navy personnel, their dependents, and other authorized patrons worldwide. There are currently over 100 installations among 11 regions around the world to be affected by this project along with CNIC F&FR in Millington. The total number of NAF employees is approximately 16,000 to 21,000 (depending on season).

Requirements under this contract include: professional services for SAP ERP Business Suite, Supplier Relationship Management and Procurement for Public Sector, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Human Capital Management (HCM), SuccessFactors, Business Warehouse (BW), Business Objects Enterprise (BOE), S/4 on HANA and the Timekeeping application (Kronos); application development services using ABAP and WebDynpro languages; User Experience development using HTML5, SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori technologies; integration; data conversion; and authorization and security professional services.
