B&A Announces Key Organizational Changes

McLean, VA – March 5, 2018 – Bart & Associates, Inc. (B&A) is excited to announce changes within the organization involving key leaders, John Poling and Kelly Sinclair, which will support B&A’s growth strategy. The announcement was made today by Jonathan Evans, President of B&A.

John Poling, formerly Vice President of Information Technology, has assumed a new title of Vice President of Innovation and Delivery. In this role, John leads B&A’s strategy and execution in solutions and technical innovations in core capabilities, product development, customer mission support, competitive organic growth, and manages all aspects of B&A IT Operations. John heads B&A’s Research and Development team, responsible for assessing technical feasibility of new product concepts and tools to enable delivery of innovative solutions. John also oversees B&A’s Agile Delivery by leading Lean and Agile best practices across B&A and its customers. John has been with B&A since 2003 and in his former role of Vice President of Information Technology since May of 2017.

Kelly Sinclair, formerly Director of Consulting Services, has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Talent and Operations. In this role, Kelly is accountable for managing the Human Resources, Contracts, Recruiting, Training, and Process and Compliance Departments. She is responsible for the implementation of strategic, large scale projects including ISO certifications, SAP ERP and CRM, and the company-wide transition to the cloud. Kelly partners with the Business Development team throughout the capture and proposal development processes. She also manages corporate partnerships and relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Kelly has been an integral part of the B&A team since 2014.
