B&A Executive Management Change

November 1, 2015, Herndon and McLean, Virginia – Bart & Associates Inc., trusted leader for federal systems integration, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Evans as B&A’s president effective November 1, 2015. Mr. Evans brings more than 12 years of relevant industry experience and 6+ years of executive leadership and delivery at B&A. Mr. Evans replaces Vince Bartozzi, B&A’s Co-Founder and President, who served as President of B&A since its inception in 1988.

Mr. Evans’s experience consists of project management and business development with ERP and IT custom development full lifecycle and Agile implementations. He has experience with project management, consulting, and business development experience with large and small-scale clients in a variety of major industries, primarily involving Federal government, professional services, non-profits, global supply chain logistics, and transportation planning.

Prior to joining B&A, Mr. Evans was with IBM Global Business Services where he served as a Project Manager at Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Department of Interior (DOI). He also managed Federal Sector business development and operations – with a focus on the Department of Agriculture (USDA), Army, CBP as well as non-profits and professional services organizations – for a small business specializing in ERP solutions.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics and International Business from the Pennsylvania State University.
