B&A’s Quality Management System provides the foundation for both proactive quality assurance and quality control measures for the provisioning of products and services to customers. Our approach is based on the company’s strategic goals, customer satisfaction, and the practices found in the ISO 9001 – Quality Management System and CMMI-SVC framework.
Our senior process improvement team monitors the deployment of services across all projects. For each project, highly experienced and skilled personnel implement standard documented processes and procedures based on customer requirements and defined methodologies. All team members are engaged in the process and tasked with maintaining adherence to B&A processes. Our corporate office ensures that we provide projects with the resources needed to effectively train their teams on processes and techniques to efficiently utilize processes. Our entire organization participates in process improvement initiatives to provide a channel of communication and support to our project teams.
In order to solicit feedback and drive improvement, all personnel participate in audits, provide lessons learned and improvements, and attend status reviews. Results are communicated to applicable personnel, captured, and managed to closure. Additionally, all corrective actions, issues, and discrepancies are documented in a repository to identify trends and potential resolution to prevent future issues.
Ongoing status meetings with each project team are conducted weekly to review the status and assign appropriate actions to members. The project managers conduct status reviews with the management team to monitor and maximize quality by tracking progress and resources on the project and adjusting schedule, budget, or resources in response to identified shifts in project requirements. The executive management team receives regular progress reports on the results of management reviews, metrics, audits, and employee feedback. All results of reviews and assigned actions are discussed, assigned, tracked, and managed to closure to ensure issues are resolved, risks are mitigated, and improvement is a continual item of focus.
